Terms of service
The rules for using the service, selling tickets and refunds. Every point below matches what the service does today, not what it might do.
Who sells the ticket
The event organiser sells the ticket, not this service. Payment goes straight to their account with the payment provider, and their name is what the buyer sees on their statement. We act as an intermediary and deliver the ticket — we answer for the tool working, not for the event itself.
Your account
Browsing events, using the search function, and viewing the map do not require an account. An account is required to reserve a free ticket, sign up for an event, save events for later, and create your own event. You can purchase a paid ticket without an account—see “Purchase without an account.” You create an account using an email address, which must be confirmed; one account is for one person, and the information provided must be accurate.
Free entry, free tickets and sign-ups
Free events appear on the website in two forms. Free admission means an event with no tickets and no seat limit: no reservation is required, and the website does not know who will attend—admission is determined solely by the organizer on-site. Admission with a Free Ticket costs 0 PLN, but may be subject to a capacity limit, so you must reserve it: the participant then receives a standard ticket with a QR code, which can be verified on-site by the organizer. Separate from the tickets themselves, there is a registration system for program items—you reserve a spot for a specific session/lecture/presentation; limited-capacity or paid program items also require a ticket with a QR code, which the participant receives after reserving a spot for that program item.
We do not charge any fees for free events—neither from participants nor from organizers. There are no platform commissions or payment processing fees, and organizers are not required to undergo verification by the payment processor, but they must agree to the terms and conditions for organizers. Free events are also subject to moderation.
You may give up a seat for which you have a free ticket until the event begins, and no fee will be charged. However, we ask that you refrain from doing so, as a reserved but unclaimed seat is a seat taken away from someone who would have attended. For the same reason, a free ticket for an event with limited seating may also require confirmation via phone number. An account that makes mass reservations and fails to claim the seats may be restricted or suspended.
Paid ticket sales — currently on hold
The website does not currently sell paid tickets. At this time, you can add and reserve spots for free events. The following provisions regarding commissions, payment fees, refunds, and chargebacks apply to the sale of paid tickets and will take effect once we launch that feature, which we will announce in advance.
Fees
Buyers pay the price shown on the ticket and nothing more — the price on the list and on the map is the final one. Two separate items are deducted from the organiser: our commission (5%) and a payment fee. The payment method is unknown at checkout, so the payment fee is charged provisionally at the highest possible rate — 4.99% + PLN 1.65 — and once the method is known we settle it against our published price list and refund the difference to the organiser’s balance. The fee never exceeds the amount charged at checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the organizer.
The commission rate is fixed; if it changes, the organizers will be notified 15 days in advance. Changes to the commission rate are not applied retroactively; sales are settled based on the commission rate in effect on the date of payment.
Buying without an account
Paid tickets can be purchased without creating an account by providing your first name, last name, email address, and, optionally, a phone number. The ticket will be sent to the provided email address as a link to the ticket page—whoever has the link has the ticket, so please do not share it with others. The link remains valid for 90 days after the event ends. Free tickets and registrations still require an account.
Refunds
A paid ticket can be refunded no later than 7 days before the event begins. A seat reserved with a free ticket can be canceled up until the day the event begins. Once the event has begun or the ticket has been used at the entrance, no refund is possible. This is a voluntary commitment; the Consumer Rights Act excludes the 14-day right of withdrawal for events with a specified date.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, the buyer receives a 100% refund. If the participant returns the ticket themselves, the refund amount is reduced by the payment fee charged at the time of purchase; the amount of this fee is displayed next to the “Return Ticket” button before you click it.
Chargebacks
A buyer can dispute a payment with their bank — including after receiving the ticket and attending the event. The bank reverses the money independently of us and of the organiser, and the window for raising a dispute is set by the card networks: it usually reaches several months from the event date, far longer than our own refund deadline.
The organiser loses the reversed amount, because the sale did not stand. Beyond it they lose nothing: the fee the provider charges for handling the dispute is borne by the service, and the commission and payment fee charged on that sale return to the organiser balance — with no sale, there is nothing to charge them for. The dispute fee does not depend on the outcome: the provider does not return it even when we win. When we do win, the sale stands again and so do the fees due on it.
The service handles the dispute: we respond to the provider within the deadline and submit the evidence we hold — proof that the ticket was sent, and the gate scan record if the ticket was scanned. We ask the organiser for more only when the response cannot be made without it.
Repeated chargebacks against one organiser may lead to payouts being held, a higher reserve, or sales being suspended. This concerns disputes pointing at a problem with the sale itself — an event that did not happen, or a description that did not match reality — not the isolated cases that happen to everyone.
Organiser obligations
Selling paid tickets requires a fully verified account with a payment processor. Events are moderated before publication and are subject to quantity limits. Tax-related matters involving the buyer—including receipts and invoices—are the responsibility of the organizer, as the organizer is the seller; the service provides the organizer with a sales report.
Ranking and paid promotion
Results are sorted by start date—with the nearest ones first—and filtered by the selected category, location, search term, and map area. An organizer can purchase a promotion for an event: such an event is then marked with the “Promoted” label and information about the entity that paid for the promotion. Among events promoted during the first 3 days after purchase, the most recently purchased event appears at the top, and after that time, the one with the longest promotion period appears at the top. The fee does not affect the order of unpromoted results or whether the event appears in them at all. We do not target ad audiences; we select them solely by category, location, and map area, without the use of tracking cookies.
Content, moderation and reports
Event descriptions, photos, dates, and prices are added by the organizer, who is solely responsible for them—the website does not create this content or verify its accuracy. It is prohibited to post illegal content, content belonging to others without the right to use it, or content that is misleading regarding the event, as well as to circumvent the website’s security measures and limits. Every event is moderated before publication.
You can report any event that violates the law or these rules—the address for reports is provided on the contact page. A moderator may reject or remove an event, or restrict or suspend an account for a specified period of time; in each of these cases, a reason is provided and communicated to the organizer. You may appeal a decision through the same channel used to report content.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints regarding the operation of the website—such as undelivered tickets, payment errors, or incorrect billing—should be submitted to the address provided on the contact page. Complaints regarding the event itself—that is, its conduct, cancellation, or rescheduling—should be directed to the organizer, as the organizer is the official host of the event and is responsible for running it; at the buyer’s request, we will forward the matter and contact information to the organizer.
Taking part in out-of-court dispute resolution is voluntary for both sides. A consumer may ask a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, or the regional Trade Inspection authority, for help. The EU ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer a route for complaints — if you meet a link to it in somebody’s terms, that link is out of date.
What we answer for
The service is responsible for: the website’s availability, the correct issuance and delivery of tickets, the operation of the ticket scanner, and the settlement of payments in accordance with these terms and conditions. The organizer is responsible for the event—whether it takes place, how it proceeds, whether it is safe, and whether it matches the description. We do not promise uninterrupted service availability: technical interruptions and outages do occur, and we will notify you of any planned outages as soon as possible.
Technical requirements
All you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser, as well as a valid email address for your account and to receive your ticket. The ticket scanner requires access to the camera and an active internet connection. We provide printable tickets in PDF format.
Changes to these terms
We announce changes on this page along with their effective date. Changes are not retroactive; tickets purchased earlier are processed according to the rules in effect on the date of purchase, and the service commission rate is based on the rate in effect on the date of payment. Organizers are subject to separate terms and conditions, and we will announce any changes to those terms at least 15 days in advance, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150.
Governing law
Polish law applies to contracts concluded on this website. Any provision that conflicts with consumer law is not binding on the consumer; the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Knowledge of these terms
These terms are made available free of charge before a contract is concluded — in the footer of every page and in the registration form — in a manner allowing them to be obtained, reproduced and stored. Creating an account requires confirming that they have been read and accepting them. Failing to read the terms does not release anyone from the obligation to comply with them.
